My beautiful niece suffers from eczema, especially when she has a stressful event coming up.
The eczema presents as dry, rough, itchy skin, dark patches under the eyes and itchy spots on her wrists, neck, face. When scratched the problem worsens.
The last serious breakout happened before & during a trip to New Zealand. A massive change in the climate from Melbourne to a colder, dryer temperature.
Before applying Tallow Balm and Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Dark, rough patches under eyes.
In addition, she was travelling to meet her boyfriend's family for the first time (increasing stress/anxiety) which accelerated the skin's reaction.
She used topical corticosteroids, antihistamines, lanolin, nappy rash cream, paw paw ointment. To no real avail.
The eczema worsened with stress, change in weather to cool & dry and deepeded lines around eyes.
When she returned I gave her some Golden Tallow Balm to see if it would help. Well, it did! In an incredible turn-around.
To her credit she is also strict with her diet and does everything she can to eat food that does't inflame or incite the eczema.
