We also offer local 'Pick Up' at checkout from Hampton, Victoria. This saves the Shipping Fee & means you can get your items in your own time.
With local 'Pick-Up' we leave your items safely at our front door with your name & address prior to your collection. This ensures we all stay safe during COVID-19.

Customs/Import Duties & Taxes
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
Brighton Beach Boho is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Changes To Your Order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Please see our Terms of Service.
All clothing & fabric items are sealed in an air-tight plastic bag. Care instructions are either attached to the garment or noted in the product description on our website.
Jewellery & other fragile items are attached to recycled cardboard display packaging, sealed in air-tight plastic & wrapped in bubble wrap.
You can purchase additional packaging such as a 'Clear Window Scrunchie Box' or a 'Pearl Box' within the relevant Collection you are shopping.

All orders placed before 1pm AEST time are dispatched within 48-hours. Please note: during busy periods such as our attendance at Markets & Festivals, pre-Christmas, or within 5 days of a new Collection launch or Sale, there may be some delays.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
