Once payment has been made and your confirmation e-mail has been sent, we are unable to cancel orders. 

We make every attempt to ship items to their new home as soon as possible. 

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Two to 3 days for delivery to Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra or Adelaide. Three to 4 days to Tasmania & 5 to 6 days for other Australian capital cities. 

If you would like additional security, it's AUD$2.95 for signature on delivery within Australia & AUD$5.50 internationally.

Full payment for your order must be made, including shipping costs, before we can send your purchase(s). 

We offer payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal. All Credit Card payments are processed by Square & card information is encrypted the moment it is processed. PayPal’s policies govern any PayPal payments, at all times. 

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products at any time. 

At Markets & Festivals you can pay with cash, Credit Card or PayPal. Our Online shop will also have AfterPay.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, If you believe your product is FAULTY, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. 

You are entitled to a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE on any genuinely faulty goods within 14 days of purchase. The postage cost of sending any product back to us falls with the customer. 

Package your product properly and send it as recorded delivery (with tracking number) for your own protection. As any items lost in transit will not be considered for refund or exchange.

Please email us at before posting any item back to us so we can process your request. Quote your name, address, details of product, reason for return, photograph(s) of the product fault & a record of the tracking number. 

We will then let you know  how to proceed. We are unable to accept returns that have not been agreed prior to shipping. Online SALE purchases are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange.

We work with HANDMADE fabrics & do not accept returns on fabric discolouration, fading, or fabric pattern faults. Please follow the care instructions carefully.

Choosing the right size online can be tricky. We attempt to describe the fit of our products as accurately as possible.

Size 10 - Medium

Size 12 - Large

Size 14 - Extra Large 

Size 16 - Extra Extra Large 

If a garment does not fit, it can be returned & exchanged. We do not offer refunds. Contact us to arrange your return within 10 days from the date on your original sales invoice.

If a quick exchange cannot be made due to stock availability, a store credit will be issued. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date we receive the returned item.

Postage fees incurred from any exchange due to size are the responsibility of the customer.
